“This company is great. They had a product my grandson really wanted for Christmas that he said was hard to find. I mistakenly ordered it twice when I tried to set up an account. I emailed customer support anc the next morning a kind gentleman named George had rectified the situation for me! It’s on the way and I can’t wait to see it. Apparently the Uglies brand is anything but ugly! Thanks to George and this nice company. Happy Thanksgiving all!”

“Be careful with their return times.... I purchased a swimsuit for my wife for her birthday. Given the warning regarding shipping times (it was going to Australia from the UK) I purchased it eight weeks before her birthday. It was too small and ProSwimwear (Vivian) refused a refund or exchange as it was outside their 30 day return time. Pretty nasty bunch. We won't use them again.”

“I used ProSwimwear for the first time in Oct 2022 because I urgently needed a specific Arena costume for my daughter. Although I was initially nervous to order a costume on a UK site when we reside in South Africa, I found the entire experience with them excellent, from the ease of ordering to the good feedback on the status of my order. Moreover, when my order was close to arriving, I received three emails from a company claiming to be ProSwimwear's carrier to SA. The third of these emails sounded like a scam to me because they were asking me to pay money to customs before my order would be released. Being my first international order of this kind, I emailed ProSwimwear immediately to ask them if this was legitimate. I am thrilled to say that I received a response extremely quickly from a wonderful lady, Paige Williams, from customer service. She put my mind at ease and advised me to sit tight because they had been told that my order was still in transit, and that it was expected to be delivered a few days later. I did just that and voila my costume arrived 2 days later on my desk at work, without me having to pay anything for customs!! Paige was incredible in her constant communication with me post my query that I will most certainly not hesitate to order anything from them in the future!”

“I've regularly purchased Racing suits from ProSwimwear and always been happy. My latest purchase developed a problem on the seam so I contacted Proswimwear support and spoke to Vivian (via E-mail). I had a quick response and was very happy with the outcome, which gave me options on how I wanted to proceed. I chose a replacement suit which arrived very quickly.”

“ProSwimwear Customer Service has been fantastic. Unfortunately a manufacturing fault in a high end wetsuit necessitated a replacement which ProSwimwear dealt with speedily. I now have my replacement item and am very happy!”

“Sent: Friday, 13 May 2022 17:22 - Your request (170711) has been received Hi I registered on your online site and completed some of my details on my account. I then browsed on the 9th May and added items in my cart, however I never confirmed/checked out my order its still showing in my cart I did not place the order, but the payment went off my bank account 3 times without placing the order. I spoke to Emily on the online chat on 13th May she confirmed there is no order on her system she advised me to email info@proswimwear.co.uk to get my money paid back, which I did and have sent reminders and no responses to my query. “It’s is not a valid company it advertises goods takes payment and doesn’t dispatch anything and sends false tracking which is illegible … someone is making money somewhere I’m contacting which / trading standards and taking legal action ordered 2 months ago and have received the same lies via email I have read in other customers reviews it’s time the police were notified it’s operating illegally as it is breaking every consumer law … consider your payments a donation ie you will never get anything for you hard earned money”

“I have bought a dozen swimsuits from Proswimwear UK over the years. They have always refunded my returns. They always post in good time. I really cannot believe the negative reviews on here. I have a small list of companies that I trust to buy my swimwear, you can count then on one hand. Proswimwear is on this limited list. I have given negative feedback where I felt I was treated badly, and in balance I like to give good feedback where it is deserved. I'm a satisfied customer so psw gets a thumbs up from me.”

“Very bad company, royal mail deliverer return parcel..over 6 wks ago. have a time delivered, they refuse to acknowledge they have it. Lady on phone is useless, doesnt send emails when asked to..No refund given, just theft!”
