It’s is not a valid company it advertises goods takes payment and doesn’t dispatch anything and sends false tracking which is illegible … someone is making money somewhere I’m contacting which / trading standards and taking legal action ordered 2 months ago and have received the same lies via email I have read in other customers reviews it’s time the police were notified it’s operating illegally as it is breaking every consumer law … consider your payments a donation ie you will never get anything for you hard earned money
