I ordered from Redbubble but never received my order. I emailed them and within 2 days I had a refund and they were very apologetic. Good customer service.

I ordered t-shirts for my friends. They were not sized correctly. I was very disappointed as they were for special birthdays. I went back and read the reviews. I thought I made a mistake using this company as most of the reviews were terrible. I talked to customer service. They were great!!! The refunded my money within an hour and told me to donate the sorts to charity!

The quality of the tee shirt was very good. The graphic design was very blurry. Their website for customer service is brutal! No phone number that I could find Wouldn’t accept the photo on line

Got a tshirt but was too small contacted customer service and they sent me a new tshirt within days love the t shirts will be purchasing more thanks Redbubble

I was very impressed with my order from Redbubble. I ordered last week and it has already arrived. They gave me notifications from receiving order to despatch of order. Informed me that it would arrive today and it did. Thank you Redbubble. Happy with purchase & Service. Lauren

I had ordered a shirt from them and it had a hole in the seam of the sleeve.They said sorry about that and are sending me a new one.The shirts I got were great Quality and the customer service was over the top. Thanks Redbubble

I ordered a sweatshirt from them. It arrived in two days in great condition. The item was too small for me, so I requested an exchange. It was approved in minutes, and a real person emailed the confirmation. I didn't even have to send the original item back!!! A+ service!!!

However, the tons of recent bad reviews have been jarring and off-putting, and there are records of Redbubble ripping off artists since 2011 (deletes artists account once they sell many copies of one design, but continue selling it) and I haven't experienced it, but their customer service seems less than sub par.

Great customer service- helped by Jerome at ‘live chat’. Ordered a T shirt which arrived earlier than predicted. After opening it I realised it was too large for me (not their fault). Customer service sorted it without any fuss- super efficient! Thank you.
