Hi, I try to contact someone about the status of my delivery. Tracking number says a delivery 6 days ago, but it didn't happen.
I have not received the package and also the tracking number is unchanged since 14 days. Why is there no phone number availabe to contact the support ?
I sell digital art here, and have seen many people selling photography. When someone purchases my design, I receive an email and the sale shows up in my sales history within a few minutes. Uploading images can be frustrating if they aren't the right size to fit the products you want to sell, but if you know how to resize images you should be fine. However, there are some old (2011 ish) reports of RedBubble deleting accounts yet continuing to sell the art uploaded by said accounts. I haven't seen this happen recently, but exercise caution and read the fine print before deciding to use the website. Other good options for you with better reviews would be Spreadshirt, Bigcartel, and Etsy, however RedBubble is the easiest and cheapest site to sell your design on things like mugs and bathmats with. If you run a photography business, I would stay away from here just due to risk of ruining your reputation if things go wrong. You could also try local printers, or buying your own t-shirt press.
I haven't experienced it firsthand, but RedBubble is known to rip-off artists by deleting their account but continuing to sell the designs. these claims go back as far as 2011. A lot of the newer reviews that are positive seem fake because of how they are all typed the same and have generic names. If I were you, I would try my luck at Spreadshirt, Bigcartel, or Etsy instead.
Hi, I want to let you know about the horrible customer service that I received from your company. My order number was 25912130 and I had paid for express shipping because it mentioned that I will receive it by March 1st. I am leaving for a trip in a couple of days and had ordered those t-shirts specifically for a friend on this tip.
After paying the express shipping cost of $24.62 i was hoping to receive it by March 1. I trusted your company and choses not to buy those t-shirts from someone else. After several follow ups, I was told that the order was shipped on March 1 and i should be getting it by March 8.
This was simply unacceptable customer service. I feel that I made a mistake by shopping via your store as this is clearly poor customer service. I am starting to think that I shouldn’t buy the other products that I had selected. I had to follow up several times to even get this status.
Waiting for your response.
My order hasn't arrived yet - estimated delivery was 14 - 18 February.
Please check the delivery date - it's very urgent!!
The clothes will be need for a big show at 23 February.
