“I have placed a couple of orders. The first was disappointingly slow with too few updates. The second quicker. Both were well packaged and arrived safely at my chosen pick up location.”
“The man I spoke to was so helpful and kind. He patiently listened to what I was saying and took the time to get me everything I wanted. The order arrived quicker than I expected and I'm delighted with everything. Thank you very much. You have great staff to answer your phones.”
“Gold Zogg coin magnified and displayed online for sale. I purchased the item, however when it arrived the coin was so small it was actually placed in the centre of a card. This was not how it was displayed online and I was so disappointed as I wanted it as a christening gift and returned the item.”
“Straightforward ordering process, very efficient communication and speedy delivery. The item ordered, a 2025 Silver penny, was perfect to cross a newly born little boy's palm.”
