“Although we are pleased with our purchase, the time it took to dispatch was far too long. It was only after complaining that our order was dispatched an we are unsure it would have arrived on time otherwise.”
“I do not underdstand why i must pay custom fee for an actuel currency and for that it should used another shipping provider that I can declaire the item direct by custom and have not yet to pay for wrong or missing declaration”
“Easy to use. Delivery faster than expected to Canada. Clear communication from the Royal Mint regarding the order status up to and including deivery to my doorstep, I would order again if there is another item that is relevant for me.”
“Although I was happy with my sovereign I was somewhat disappointed that I was unable to get one in a presentation case. I have been purchasing sovereigns every year as since 2011 and this was the first year I had to make do with a blister pack.”
“As feedback, there is not much I can say.
I never received my coin. I did pay the customs fees, but Bpost lost my parcel. I am now left without this unique Freddie Mercury coin.
You are not at fault, but for me this is theft by Bpost.
Kind regards,
Guille Michel”
“Terrible, a really bad experience. I bought a limited edition Freddie Mercury color coin, and the order hasn't arrived. The courier company didn't leave any proof of delivery. The address is correct, but it hasn't arrived in Spain. I feel scammed and will never buy anything from them again.”
