Bought some Delsey suitcase wheels from Saddler only to receive one brand new wheel and one used out of shape wheel, which disappointed me. I was under the understanding that I was purchasing brand ne w products.
I emailed Saddler to voice my disappointment and asked them to reply and inform me if my understanding was wrong.
The product was expensive which I don't mind, as long as I am getting a new and not used product. Lack of reply from Saddler leaves me to believe they have no time for customer feedback.”
