“ Customer service refused a refund saying it was wear & tear. ”

“ Do not waste your money here. Daughter wore her new trainers for three weeks and they have fallen apart. Refused exchange or refund due to over use! How can you overuse trainers in three weeks? Customer service shocking- was told to drive to another store to get another opinion. Don’t waste your time or money they aren’t interested. ”

My riend has a foot 2 sizes smaller and they fit her. I e-mailed customer service and they agreed that sometimes shoe size is not correct. Great lol ”
