I ordered boots in Oct, was debited from my checking, have tried several ways to get an answer, I have no boots, and have paid for them. Want a refund, no one from company will return my requests or answer my questions...WHY, this is worse company ever!!! Last 4 digits of card is 4429

Does anyone have an email or contact number for this company? They debited my credit card pretty fast like immediately. I have not even received an email to confirm my order, I would love these shoes to come to me if they are as good as they state but I am not even sure if they are coming. I ordered these three weeks ago. Thanks

Still looking for my order....tracking doesn't work and they say it was already delivered to an address in Texas.....I live in Ohio. They are slow to respond if they even respond at all. Their tracking site doesn't work and toll free number gives you a recording....they had no problem taking myoney... would suggest you DON'T order anything from them.
