“Ordered SLICKWRAPS in November 2020. They took three month to arrive, and when they did they were so badly damaged they were unusable. After a dozen emails, and commenting and messaging on social media, SLICKWRAPS finally responded, and they sent out another set of wraps... it’s now mid April, and I still don’t have them. I’ve been waiting SIX MONTHS.
Do not buy from this company. Their communication is terrible, they take weeks or months to ship things, and they don’t properly protect their products during shipping.”

“The shipping takes months. The customer service response time is bad. They are not helpful or informative, just brush you off and stall while they get their order together. I asked for a refund and the net told me the item was already in processing and couldn’t refund them still took two additional weeks to ship. Ultimately I finally got it and the quality of the skin was disappointing. It’s cheap vynl. Just feels like a thick sticker more than a solid skin. Even when I was handling gently some of the vynl broke and tore. And even worse the skin doesn’t cover the entire item (in my case a DJI magic pro 2) there is still a LOT of area uncovered. I’ve got skins from other sites that completely covered my gear and provide better quality material for protection. I do not recommend these guys. See photos.”

Bought this Woven skin on the 11 Jan 2021 and have yet to receive it. 3 months and no change in status(still in Processing)
Contacted the support and below is the reply in March 23,
"Hello, We have a high volume of orders for the turin material. If you would like we can proceed without that item and issue a refund for the difference once it ships out to push this order out. "
Another reply on the 25 Mar ,
"Hello, It could be at least another 2-3 weeks before we can get all the orders pushed out for that material. I am sorry for the delay. "

“They have not shipped my order 9 months later. After numerous attempts at contact they finally got back to me 9 months later and told me that because they had failed to respond to my support request the order was now too old to be corrected. They charged me shipping a 2nd time in order to send the original order and are unable to tell me when it will be shipped. After paying shipping twice, for their mistake. I know I would be in hot water if my store pulled this sort of scam, not really sure how these guys haven't been shut down yet.”

“Absolutely horrible. Ordered a wrap for my apple watch. Took over 2 months to receive. Wouldn't cancel order. Claimed it was being shipped and never sent out. Then i received the product and it was garbage. Didn't fit well at all. Would not adhere to watch despite thorough cleaning first to make sure no oils or debris was on it. Absolutely terrible experience all around. WASTE OF MONEY! STAY AWAY!”
