“Their wraps are garbage (literally…that’s where the one I bought right now). The material doesn’t wrap and stick around phone edges. They won’t give refunds for used products, but how would I know it doesn’t work if I don’t get to try it? They also offered a replacement and said I’d have to cover the $10(!) shipping. The company’s one star rating here speaks for itself.”
“I made an order with them and paid for 2 day shipping. I did not receive my product for 6 days. I contacted them to see about a shipping cost refund, as that is what every single other company does, you pay for something and do not receive it you get a refund. Slickwraps said it is not their fault and wont do anything about it. This is terrible customer service.”
“Purchased 2 skins for the Wyze Pan Cam v3. I used "Design my own" Sent a photo of my siding to camouflage the cam that is outside. Cost $32.75. When they arrived the color match was way off and were unusable. So I contacted them regarding the issue and they would provide me a One Free Replacement for $12 s&h plus tax $13.24. I asked about replacing both skins that I ordered and Jess said I only get one. I gave the ok and sent a new photo and they would try to color match. Well, this one basically was the same color but a little lighter. So this one is a no go. Spent a total of $45.99 that is down the tubes. There is no returns on custom work, which I understand......don't expect color match to your photo. The concept of this store is very good and a wide range of product. The "design your own" is not so good if you want color match. $12 s&h for free replacement is a stiff charge for something unusable when 1 skin is $16. I tried to download a photo but its not working. Wish I read the reviews ahead of time.”

Terrible product, terrible customer service. AVOID!! I received a defective product. It didn’t fit and, despite SW’s claims, smudged and showed fingerprints. Of course, they blamed me. When I asked for help, I got sucked into an endless loop of weeks and weeks of emails from “Jess” or “Matt” promising several times to send a “free replacement” THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR!! Horrible company. No wonder they get so many poor ratings.
Update 1: After posting this review, “Jess” emailed and said they’d send a truly free replacement. After I confirmed the order, she emailed again saying this time that they WOULD NOT SHIP the replacement unless I took down the review. Deception and broken promises on top of it all!? Stay tuned…
Update 2: No WONDER this company has so many lousy reviews! SW cancelled delivery of the truly-free replacement product after they promised to make things right. After I placed the order for the truly-free replacement product, I was advised by "Jess" that they changed their mind unless I took down the negative reviews they forced me to leave. I refused and now am left with a terrible experience AND a useless product, as well as, apparently, the company showing me their proverbial "middle finger." AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!”

“Poor quality products. Any negative feedback in reviews is suppressed by the vendor. Replacement pieces have exorbitant shipping fees. Lots of bad history on the web for this vendor. Do some quick searches to see before taking a large risk on them.”

“Wish I had know about Slickwraps poor product and bad customer service before ordering. I had to return my order … the wood pattern looked terrible and did not match inline pictures. Slickwrap did everything they could to make the return difficult. No return address on website. You have to email them and await their reply with instructions. Instructions are terse, basically giving as many reasons to deny the return as possible. If they shipped it free, the free shipping cost gets deducted from the return. You also have to pay for return shipping. There is also a restocking fee. I paid about $45 for their product, and paid about $30 to return it. Avoid this company.”
“I ordered a skin and they sent the wrong skin. Fine, however when I went to address this with them they wasted 2 days asking for “proof” with a photo.
Then when I “proved” that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund. Also they refused to waive the 1.50 “processing fee” even though this is completely their mistake.
Clearly this is how they value their customers and they would rather go this route than make the situation right.”

I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.”
