Wish I had know about Slickwraps poor product and bad customer service before ordering. I had to return my order … the wood pattern looked terrible and did not match inline pictures. Slickwrap did everything they could to make the return difficult. No return address on website. You have to email them and await their reply with instructions. Instructions are terse, basically giving as many reasons to deny the return as possible. If they shipped it free, the free shipping cost gets deducted from the return. You also have to pay for return shipping. There is also a restocking fee. I paid about $45 for their product, and paid about $30 to return it. Avoid this company.

I ordered a skin and they sent the wrong skin. Fine, however when I went to address this with them they wasted 2 days asking for “proof” with a photo. Then when I “proved” that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund. Also they refused to waive the 1.50 “processing fee” even though this is completely their mistake. Clearly this is how they value their customers and they would rather go this route than make the situation right.

I made a purchase on slickwraps.com on a Saturday morning and then changed my mind two hours later. I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.

Junk. Cheap smell disgusting that’s what this company will send you. I purchased what it supposed to be leather sling for I pad pro 12.9 Magic Keyboard and I got decal stickers from dollartree. Customer service suck. No return postage you have to pay to return the junk. Do not waste your money and time.

Couple years ago they did a Black Friday & Boxing Day sale in the name of cash prizes. They never did a draw for the winners and upon me asking them repeatedly, they blocked me on Twitter. Never buy from scam company.

Garbage company. Ordered many months ago, inquired about my order a month after ordering, never got a reply. It has now been 5 months and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. Junk.

Most shitty company on the internet. Order a skin for my Galaxy S22 Ultra 2 months ago, still didn't receive anything. Already sent them a couple of mails. Only got response on one of them with some shitty information and no solution. Never order something at this company, it's a total scam.

Product took over 3 months to be delivered, reaching out to support got no response. When it finally arrived, it was just two rectangular sheets of material with no cutouts! (Macbook pro) Essentially completely unusable. Reaching out to support (again), and now have no response. I want them to send a usable product or refund my money but they do not respond.

Ordered 2 wraps, in December 2021, still haven’t received the items or tracking. Tried to look up my order on the web sight and I can’t even login and my order number doesn’t exist anymore. Wast of money. Do not buy anything from them they will just take your money.

Took over 2 months to deliver, little to no customer service. After finally receiving my skin it was defective/damaged. Provided photo evidence and explained the situation to slickwraps customer service and was told it was a "goofed" install by me. I have purchased about a dozen skins from dbrand and SW and am experienced to applying them. Terri bale customer service.

I would highly recommend you NOT do business with SlickWraps. I ordered on 12/23 and have not heard a peep. They have my money. I wanted to protect a new purchase and have since ordered with dbrand. I have used dbrand in the past and they are fantastic! I’m so disappointed in SlickWraps and just want a refund. Think I’ll get one???? Guesses???? This is gross.

Don’t order from here!! It’s a joke. You will wait MONTHS for your product to arrive. If you try to cancel the order after two months of not receiving it m, they will not offer you a refund. They simply states there are no refunds and our shipping times are estimates. Don’t try to contact them, it will take you 17 days for a response.

Это сука долбаебы ебанные . Я их маму ебал анально . Я сука хочу выехать всю ихнюю команду от владельца до младшего сотрудника . Я сука нахуй из России, но заказал на адрес в штатах. Заказал у них 4 плёнки на z fold 3 , одну на macbook air m1 , и 2 на airpods pro. Какого хуя эти дегенераты игнорят . Я им пишу на мыло , а они сука ебанным подарки автоответчиком отвечают мол типо абонент нихуя не абонент. У нас такую поебень за час сделают и даже если отвечает один человек , то за день ответят . Почему у них так рукожопо . Ехать они данные сука .

They shipped us the wrong wraps then hassled us about getting the right ones, that we ordered and the packing slip showed, shipped to us. Then they never sent the new shipment. By the time we allowed a reasonable amount of time to pass after the hassle for the new shipment to show up it was too late to tell our credit card company to give our money back. 0/10 recommend dealing with this company.

Placed order on 22nd Dec, no update on my order as on 25th Jan. Mails to support is responded with auto response, requesting me to be patient. Hmmm, am starting to wonder what patience is according to these guys. Update your customers, if you are facing delays, give an option to cancel the order! It's a SCAM guys, there are other options available, avoid Slickwraps.

So mad at myself for not doing some research prior to ordering. Ordered over a month ago and no shipping …. That’s says it all. C’mon, you have these printed in China, shipped to you and eventually shipped to customers hence the long shipping delay. At least be honest about it so that customers not willing to wait have a choice, unless you know any reasonable human wont accept such wait times. Scam.
