Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. No response from customer service when I asked why I didn’t get order from over a month ago. Even after escalating it to PayPal still no response. Very bad experience

I thought this was a cover. What do you do with this when you have a cover, its hidden. 'They have suspended returns due to rona' What??? No, you didn't you suspended returns because you don't want to give money back. Bull

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a wrap for my apple watch. Took over 2 months to receive. Wouldn't cancel order. Claimed it was being shipped and never sent out. Then i received the product and it was garbage. Didn't fit well at all. Would not adhere to watch despite thorough cleaning first to make sure no oils or debris was on it. Absolutely terrible experience all around. WASTE OF MONEY! STAY AWAY!

Thus is the email I sent to them only when I opened up a case with PayPal they finally send it Just horrible... I ordered thIs wrap on FEB 7 AND NOW YOU JUST SENDING IT OUT OF FEB 25.. I ORDERED FROM SKINIT AND RECIEVED IN 3 DAYS.. JUST HORRIBLE.. I WILL TELL ALL MY TIKTOK FOLLOWERS AND INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Placed my order end of November and have still not received it. Customer service takes forever and keeps saying ‘we are working on it’. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order still hasn't arrived months later on claimed 1-2 week delivery time. They haven't responded to my emails in weeks, don't have a phone number you can call. I will likely have to do a chargeback to get my money back. This seems more like a ponzi scheme than a business.

You apparently have to leave at least one star, otherwise I'd leave zero... Same story as everyone else... ordered a month ago, still no product, but the product is "in packaging" and cannot be cancelled. I've requested cancellation three times with no success, I'm going to see if I can dispute via Pay Pal. Customer service is an absolute JOKE. They don't even acknowledge that I've requested a refund three times. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not order. I've ordered from skinit.com many times and always been happy - tried slickwraps because I wanted a clear skin.... What a waste. Ended up ordering from skinit and had my product in three days and it's awesome, as usual. Unacceptable business practices.

Ordered my product 12/9/20 I just received it today 2/6/21 basically 2 MONTHS later after no communication from any emails I sent. This place is in the USA there is no reason it should take that long. It showed processing for a month an a half before actually shipping smh

This company is terrible. Placed an order at the end of November, they charged my credit card the very next day. Then nothing. They say they shipped something 45 days later, but that has not arrived. And likely never will. I have messaged them and waited weeks to get responses that further reinforce that they do not care about customers. The website lists false claims about shipping and delivery. DO NOT buy from them, even with the never-ending 60% off. They are not to be trusted, they will not fullfil your order, and will then make every excuse to try and get you to accept the poorest level of service.

LOOOLLL first off, it took almost 2 months to get here. Secondly, these are the worst. The skin didn't fit (it didn't lay flat on the headphones and covered the power button) and just looked bad.

Any review that gives this place more than one star is a fake review. I got scammed by them and never heard back about my refund. They had a data breach and still are a horrible company that hasn't taken steps to improve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I know there aren't any big skin companies out there but do not go with this one.

Horrible company! Do not buy from them! Ordered and waited for over two months, couldn't even give me an ETA! They wouldn't cancel the order or refund me, had to claim through Paypal, a lot of hassle.

Seen so many complaints about users not receiving their items and now I'm in the same boat. After more than 6 months of communicating with them and constant request submitted being closed as resolved even when tracking shows it's still in transit in Mexico, no real resolution from the team there.

I would suggest going somewhere else for your wraps. I cannot attest to the product because it never arrived. I ended up cancelling my order after SIX WEEKS of my order being in "processing." At 3 weeks in I reached out to customer service and I was told that 2 of my 4 items were in high demand and it would take more time. At six weeks I reached out again and asked to either ship what was ready or cancel my order. They canceled the order and did not mention anything about the delays. I understand that times are tough and they may be short staffed due to the pandemic but I should have read reviews more carefully as these delays have been happening for longer than this pandemic has. Their website has had the 60% off sale since at least December 3rd and all of the products in my order that were in "high demand" are still listed for sale. Maybe they should take those items off if their site until they've taken care of the outstanding orders.

I ordered a macbook skin on December 5th. Sent an email on December 12th asking if it's been shipped and "Dolores", on December 14th, said it's in their packaging department to be shipped out soon. Fast forward, I email again on January 1st (on a different support ticket) and essentially ask if my order's ever going to come and to just give me a refund instead. On January 12th (Today as I'm writing this), Dolores responds... and tells me that it's too late to get a refund. Their cancellation/refund policy is only available for an HOUR after your purchase. Many first-time customers aren't going to know how scummy this company is within an hour of ordering. I check the order status page and there's no change. It's the same status as I saw on December 5th, 14th, and January 12th. "Processing". The company advertises "Shipping Options - First Class with Tracking" as a shipping option. Advertises "2-3 business day response time" during busy holiday seasons. Exempting January 1st since it's new years and since it's considerably past the holiday gifting period, it still took 7 days to essentially tell me that they won't do anything to help my order actually get to me. Bonus points for saying "sorry for any inconvenience"!! It was some holiday sale special along with advertising their new retro macbook skins. They set up that sale under the guise that they'd be good for gift ideas. The company says a lot of things about themselves... "Customer attentiveness", "Focus on satisfaction", etc. It's all fluff. Do not buy from this company. You can get the same skins for your devices at competitors. It'll be slightly more expensive... but you'll actually get the thing you paid for. Comparison: The wood mahogany skin I have for my work machine from Dbrand seems to cost ~$7 more than what it would on slickwraps. Ordered on Dbrand July 13th. Shipped July 16th. Delivered 20th. One week. Slickwraps is at ~5 weeks and counting. Not sure if it'll show attached images but according to Dolores, my order's been being packaged for ~3-4 weeks now. Must be some good packaging.

Ordered on 11/9/20 and still no sign of it shipping any time soon on 1/6/21. A couple of emails to them and they said it was staged to be shipped. The first email was just a couple weeks after my order, so now it has been "staged" for nearly 2 months? DO NOT BUY from this company.
