Dreadful customer service. Delivery times are triple the time (still not received) from other parcels I have received after ordering from slipwrap. Their responses are like robots rather than investigating the issue. I have filed up payment dispute for a refund due to non-delivery.

I've ordered skins for my 2 DJI Spark and after installing them it created issues with the lower sensors (on both) and after reading online I found other people with issues having stickers around the sensors. I removed the stickers and both worked just fine. Contacted Slickwraps and they just said they don't believe me. I've almost broke one of the Spark with a RTH very hard on ground.

Unbelievable BAD customer service and company responsiveness -- send photos of one of my two purchases of a wrap--one was fine the other DEFECTIVE--and I am still fighting with them to replace the defective one which costs less that $9. Sent photos, they say they dont get them...have wasted many many hours. NO REFUND FROM COMPANY. wasting time no longer. filed with my credit card company for refund.

It seems like there are several people… It seems like there are several people having a same issue as mine. It's been almost 2 months since I bought and still sitting at the US distribution centre. The manager keep saying I should check my local custom to find out about shipment. No help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

ordered few months ago no response on when order would be shipped paid for express shipping also, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THIS IS A SCAM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

horrible customer service. it has been over a month and still not even an update for my order. if you are trying to purchase a skin to protect your new laptop , phone or other electronic device then look elsewhere because by the time your item arrives your electronic will be old.... i understand the whole pandemic but come on, the money is taken right away ! maybe stop taking orders until you can fulfill the ones you have pending for almost two month ? Sincerely, "my first and last time buying from you"

They shipped the order over a month ago and then could not locate it past USPS. When I reached out to them their solution was for me to call every customs department in Canada to locate the item.. without a case # / tracking #. Thankfully this was a PayPal purchase and the funds were pulled from their account and refunded to me. This entire operation reeks of incompetence. Buy from a competitor instead.

STAY AWAY....sent me a wood skin for my macbook...the adhesive at the top is not sticking...got a run around and told I could not get a refund. I asked them to send a new one and that the customer service was horrible. I was sent back an email threatening to start being horrible. Super unprofessional and rude.

Do not trust them or believe them...got run around as to why taking so long to receive item and no ETA and "waiting for raw materials"...and then 1 hour later I ask for a refund and was told..."it is now in the shipping department and they cannot cancel my order any more"!!! called credit card company and "clawed" back their payment when they took when ordered (as opposed to when something is shipped"!! STAY AWAY

Ordered late April and still haven’t received my order. Yet they’re still happily offering promotions regardless of the giant backlog they have. Take care of your existing customers before you even try to grab more money.

Dont buy from them they blocked me from all social media accounts Facebook/instagram and even linkedin as i approached the ceo that the item not received over 8 months They sent with usps something service it shows transit transit And when you complain to this stupid people they try to fight with u that u want free thing and block you stupid we want out product Never ever buy from them save your self My 150 dollar lost Order still not reached and i cant track any more Msg from united arab Emirate dooooont buy this stupid company

Ordered SLICKWRAPS in November 2020. They took three month to arrive, and when they did they were so badly damaged they were unusable. After a dozen emails, and commenting and messaging on social media, SLICKWRAPS finally responded, and they sent out another set of wraps... it’s now mid April, and I still don’t have them. I’ve been waiting SIX MONTHS. Do not buy from this company. Their communication is terrible, they take weeks or months to ship things, and they don’t properly protect their products during shipping.

Half Star. Ordered my product a month ago, still in processing. They offer no way to cancel order and blame everything on COVID. DO NOT ORDER FROM Slickwraps. Haven't received a product or response from the company.

The shipping takes months. The customer service response time is bad. They are not helpful or informative, just brush you off and stall while they get their order together. I asked for a refund and the net told me the item was already in processing and couldn’t refund them still took two additional weeks to ship. Ultimately I finally got it and the quality of the skin was disappointing. It’s cheap vynl. Just feels like a thick sticker more than a solid skin. Even when I was handling gently some of the vynl broke and tore. And even worse the skin doesn’t cover the entire item (in my case a DJI magic pro 2) there is still a LOT of area uncovered. I’ve got skins from other sites that completely covered my gear and provide better quality material for protection. I do not recommend these guys. See photos.

wish ive researched before buying from them. Bought this Woven skin on the 11 Jan 2021 and have yet to receive it. 3 months and no change in status(still in Processing) Contacted the support and below is the reply in March 23, "Hello, We have a high volume of orders for the turin material. If you would like we can proceed without that item and issue a refund for the difference once it ships out to push this order out. " Another reply on the 25 Mar , "Hello, It could be at least another 2-3 weeks before we can get all the orders pushed out for that material. I am sorry for the delay. " pls... DO NOT ORDER FROM SLICKWRAP.

They have not shipped my order 9 months later. After numerous attempts at contact they finally got back to me 9 months later and told me that because they had failed to respond to my support request the order was now too old to be corrected. They charged me shipping a 2nd time in order to send the original order and are unable to tell me when it will be shipped. After paying shipping twice, for their mistake. I know I would be in hot water if my store pulled this sort of scam, not really sure how these guys haven't been shut down yet.

They suck. Still haven’t received my item. Takes them forever to respond and when you get rude with them they will respond ASAP which is pretty unprofessional. Would never order again and they can keep the money they took and get a better staff.
