I'm not sure why everyone is saying there is such an issue with delivery.

I do not understand all these negative reviews as my experience was flawless: Ordered the item 10 days ago and received it today. I live in Germany so 10 days is a pretty quick delivery actually. I have to mention though that I chose the shipping method with tracking to make sure I‘ll receive the item after reading all the negative reviews about Slickwraps. 5/5 rating.

Ordered a custom MacBook skin on 12/1/2020, shipped on 12/23/20/ arrived on 1/2/21. Overall a decent experience, delivery was late but understandable during a pandemic. The customer service is not the best, but I was satisfied with the product.

I thought this was a cover. What do you do with this when you have a cover, its hidden. 'They have suspended returns due to rona' What??? No, you didn't you suspended returns because you don't want to give money back. Bull

I made an order with them and paid for 2 day shipping. I did not receive my product for 6 days. I contacted them to see about a shipping cost refund, as that is what every single other company does, you pay for something and do not receive it you get a refund. Slickwraps said it is not their fault and wont do anything about it. This is terrible customer service.

Website very misleading, terrible experience, Refused to give a refund on a return. would never use again, buyers be very aware.

Then when I “proved” that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund.

Placed an order, then happened to look at some reviews and got nervous. I bought a custom switch skin during a sale, so it was only like $12 or something, so I figured it was whatever if something happened. They actually shipped it out fast, and it looks great! I didn't need to contact customer service, so I can't say anything about that, but I'm very happy with what I received.

Okay so I made an earlier review giving them one star. Their customer service is horrible, but I did end up getting what I ordered, about a month after ordering, and hearing nothing from customer service. I got a skin for my switch lite and it fits great, and looks great. 0/5 customer service 5/5 product quality
