Then when I “proved” that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund.

Product took over 3 months to be delivered, reaching out to support got no response. When it finally arrived, it was just two rectangular sheets of material with no cutouts! (Macbook pro) Essentially completely unusable. Reaching out to support (again), and now have no response. I want them to send a usable product or refund my money but they do not respond.

I would highly recommend you NOT do business with Slickwraps. I ordered on 12/23 and have not heard a peep. They have my money. I wanted to protect a new purchase and have since ordered with dbrand. I have used dbrand in the past and they are fantastic! I’m so disappointed in Slickwraps and just want a refund. Think I’ll get one???? Guesses???? This is gross.

Placed an order, then happened to look at some reviews and got nervous. I bought a custom switch skin during a sale, so it was only like $12 or something, so I figured it was whatever if something happened. They actually shipped it out fast, and it looks great! I didn't need to contact customer service, so I can't say anything about that, but I'm very happy with what I received.

Ordered a custom MacBook skin on 12/1/2020, shipped on 12/23/20/ arrived on 1/2/21. Overall a decent experience, delivery was late but understandable during a pandemic. The customer service is not the best, but I was satisfied with the product.

Okay so I made an earlier review giving them one star. Their customer service is horrible, but I did end up getting what I ordered, about a month after ordering, and hearing nothing from customer service. I got a skin for my switch lite and it fits great, and looks great. 0/5 customer service 5/5 product quality
