The ordering and shipping process went exactly as I expected and wanted. Good Job. Full and complete spec's were available so I knew I was going to receive what was needed. Price was great. Delivery fast. Started using the labels as soon as they arrived. Quality is good.

The website is great. Price is competitive, shipping is a problem, its way too much. The product quality is a B average. I Have to peel off top layer of every roll and relabel the boxes. They are loose rolls and label material is not top but acceptable. If I didn't have to rework every case we would be doing better.

I browsed around and really couldn't find a better price for labels. They also sent me samples so I knew the quality was what I was looking for and that they worked with my printer. The web page made it easy for me to buy labels that were compatible with my printer. That feature is super convenient. Good customer service to match everything else.

I called to verify the order status and was informed it would ship on the day of my call, with an expected arrival by next Monday. This is a 4 business day delivery period, despite Daylight usually taking only 3. The order was dispatched 2 days later than promised and while it will arrive on Monday, it should have been delivered by today, Friday. The representative was aware of the delayed shipment.

Refunds - Difficult

I paid full amount 26 boxes of 2x4 lable but after 2 weeks they only shipped me 15 boxes and still i have not received my refund. I order another 25 boxes but it take 6 weeks to get it. Inventory is not good.

Disappointed in the quality of these lables. They are winner then others I have purchased elsewhere and scratch way too easily. I will be calling for a refund.
