I want to return goods that should be a simple task like other companies do with return leaflets on delivery.

I made a purchase last November with a 3-5 delivery time, after a month of been told that it was on it's way Studio cancelled the order stating it was an out of stock item and unavailable,it then took over 3 weeks to receive a refund but postage costs I had paid were withheld (the item was never sent).

Ordered an item in November and charged for it. Waited 10 days for delivery and it never arrived. Contacted them to be told item had been cancelled as was out of stock in warehouse. Was still charged for item. Have been in correspondence since December about receiving my refund and they are yet to give me my money back despite several e mails and phone calls. Absolutely shocking customer service and company. Will never use again. AVOID!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!! I have contacted my bank and reported it. There was reviews on the furniture set I got before I bought it making me believe it was a genuine site and now the reviews are gone! Never got a delivery and when trying to get a refund it goes round and round in circles!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

Placed an order on 24/11, paid in full £269.99, order was placed on a 3 to 5 working day delivery. The order was never processed, it was showing unavailable the following day. I contacted them for a refund. I was promised this on the 5/12. I emailed and went on chat numverous times. In the end I had to approach my bank. With the evidence they were able to do a chargeback and I finally got a refund on the 10/1. SHAME ON YOU!

Studio are now suggesting (after 6 weeks of emailing them) that the issue is with the delivery company.

I HAVE FORWARDED ALL DOCUMENTS INITIALLY RECEIVED,IMAGES, COPIES OF ORDER, DELIVERY NOTES AND INVOICE THEY CONTINUALLY ASK ME TO SEND THESE DETAILS.
