“ Order 2 sets of wardrobe and some cheap book holders paid £50 for delivery end of the story was £30 book holders was delivered for £50 ,rest didn't arrived because problem with quality. Total scam ”

“ Ordered in September part 1 of the order which two items arrived and I was told by Evri that the other parcel had come to their warehouse open and had been sent back to them,I then got in touch with Evri and received proof that Studio had received the return,Studio claimed they have never received and also claim they have proof of my delivery because of the photo Evri took for the first part of the order, to put it into perspective I ordered two coats,a shower curtain. ”

“ Order was delivered today, however i need to return an item. Studio charged £4.99 for delivery, and now want £4.99 for a single small item return. That's nearly £10 extra on top of the original price.... This is absolutely shocking. I will give the dress away before paying this to return it. Disgraceful customer service. ”
