Worst experience with this company ever. Any information that you need, you cannot find such as a returns form. They just send you in the loop round round again. This includes their online chat service which again only gives you default answers and you can’t actually speak to a human. Absolutely terrible company. I will not ever ever ever be ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to also do so.

Customer service rubbish, waiting for a refund for goods never received in October 2023. Keep being asked to give the same info, they say they will look into it and get back to me but never do. Can't access my orders, returns or statements on website any more and the "people" responding to emails can barely speak english. Will never order from them again and will be complaining to Financial Ombudsman. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Returning items with Studio is so difficult and I don't think today they will help with returns.

I arranged returns through Studio and the courier did not take photos and left me with a blank sorry I missed you card HE PICKED THEM UP so he must have got them.

Studio generated returns label, twice say had back but not addressed properly ? now saying was not a tv in box and refusing to credit account until we return an item we do not have.

there are levels of stupid in regard to customer service but these guys take it to a whole new level. at point where return not credited after 2 months where I have told them take me to court, I will win on evidence I have and will be asking for financial returns for stress expences and anything else I can think of Gary Fleming

I am sick to death of ringing Studio to pick up broken garden furniture which they delivered it has been stood in my living room for 6 weeks keep saying that they are coming for it and they don't turn up pick up on returns is disgusting x

Ordered 3 pairs of bras from Studio received on Saturday the fit was awful so I wanted to send them back on looking in packing I noticed there was not any goods return notes i contacted Studio asking where the return notes were and to cut a long story short apparently you cannot return underwear no where on the website page does it state that these items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in fact it states below each picture it states rest assured you have 30;days to return your item with easy return options? To find this out about returns you have to log into your account and go to the returns page to see their terms and conditions .
