Sent me an item that was damaged. It arrived at my door with the liquid bottle dripping at the bottom. I sent it back. Same order an item was also missing. No direct contact number for Studio so emailed instead. Studio have sent me 18 emails saying pretty much the same thing for over a month now. Apparently they are dealing with it. Still haven’t had either of the items replaced or a refund. Horrendous customer service.

I have been waiting since January to get a problem resolved regarding not receiving goods, and they are requesting payment, even though they have said that they have put a cancellation through. Tried to phone but having to wait between 45mins and 1.5 hours.

I have paid in full for the replacement TV however Studio have never credited my Account for the returned one, despite several emails, web chats, they always revert back to the beginning asking for a photo of the damaged item??
The customer service is horrendous! I have tried to call a few times and the wait times are over 90 mins.

Returned faulty item in January and still not received refund. Chase weekly and each time given new customer service number and asked to supply all info again, rediculous. Can't get into my account which I have had over 20 years. What is happening?? Will not be ordering from Studio again as they don't care about their loyal customers, well from the other reviews any customers.

Ordered a cabine, upon building it parts were missing. Studio customer service responded two weeks later and wouldn’t send missing parts out. Offered no solution. Do not order from this company poor customer service and products

Worst experience with this company ever. Any information that you need, you cannot find such as a returns form. They just send you in the loop round round again. This includes their online chat service which again only gives you default answers and you can’t actually speak to a human. Absolutely terrible company. I will not ever ever ever be ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to also do so.

These people have caused me so much stress, I have asked for my refund, I have requested the red marks on my credit file be removed and I’ve asked them to close the account as I no longer want to purchase anything from Studio, everything I’ve asked for has been ignored, appalling customer service, you cannot speak to anyone on the phone.
