“Still waiting for my order to be delivered after 9 days. I was informed the parcel was on its way and should've received a track & trace link, but didn't hear a thing for a week so thought I'd enquire. They said the borders were closed but are now working on sending out all parcels ASAP. This is quite odd since they had already sent me a mail a week before that the parcel was sent via Royal Mail. Still no update in terms of timing or a link to trace the parcel. I my opinion a customer service should send out correct information, pro-actively inform customers in case something goes wrong and give a bit of a reaonsable answer to a question, rather than a statement that doesn't answer the question. A once in a lifetime experience for me!”

“I ordered a mystery box for £95 and not only did I get probably the lowest priced, cheapest clothing they had in their warehouse, none of it fit me either. I received 3 Brixton T shirts, a Brixton hoodie, a HUF cap and a The Hundreds cap. Basically the first things that would come up if you clicked on ‘Sort by Lowest Price’ on their website. I received two caps that did not fit my head, and the so called Medium t shirts were baggy and felt more like a L or XL. I was aware that they said there are no refunds or returns, but this was a joke. So I simply asked if I could get a refund as I hadn’t even worn anything and everything was still in the box. I received an email back saying there were no returns or refunds, to which I replied with ‘It is not my fault that the clothes don’t fit me, please can you reconsider’, to which I received a very patronising email back from ‘Jack’, starting his email with ‘Again,’ and then simply repeating what he had said in his first email. I am shocked with their unprofessionalism and I will never ever buy anything from thechimpstore again. I strongly, strongly advise you against purchasing one of these so called ‘Mystery Boxes’ from their website. The gear in there amounts to about £50-60 maximum rather than the advertised ‘£300 worth of last seasons apparel’. DO NOT PURCHASE”

“This review is perhaps more reflective of Royal Mail, as of yet I haven't received my order. The order was out for delivery on 2nd April, now 7th April. Tracking is not functioning, and after waiting 1 hour in que to speak to an agent I got cut off.”

“Initially left an good review. However, after returning my order, I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend chimp store anymore.
I returned my entire order. When Chimp store got the return, they told me that they cant refund everything, because one item seems worn and washed. (Thinking back when I tried everything on it was surprisingly small, but didn't seem like it was washed)
After I told them the second time that I only tried it on and did not wear or wash it they didn't even answer me anymore.
They immediately sent it back to me, before letting me explain if it was me or not.
They did not even try to investigate where the mistake was.
now I'm stuck with a 60€ sweatshirt, that doesn't even fit me.
So seems like they sent me a used sweatshirt and now make me pay for it.
It's basically a scam, but getting a lawyer is financially a bad decision and that's what they are counting on.
Be careful when an item seems off. Or better dont even order here.”
