No explanation to why one of my items wasn’t coming. I did get refunded. Around 10 days after I made the order was the first time I heard from the store on the arrival my items. Good quality clothes but poor communication.

Unfortunately I have had to give a poor rating because there’s no customer service and no response to my repeated email regarding exchanging an item for something else. So not sure I’d buy from Chimp again because of this!

Having ordered the black friday mystery box, I was disappointed to discover that out of the 6 items I had received, 50% of them were also included within a couple of my friends' order also... which makes me feel that there wasn't really too much 'mystery' involved.

Ordered a pair of shorts from this store, they arrived with a hole in ! Sending them back today. For a full refund. (Inc postage) But the service and help for returning was very good.

I bought the mystery box and was highly disappointed too find two Chimp own brand Ts. I know it didn't specify but still, kind of cheeky

I experienced an issue with the website saying they had stock available but once purchasing the item my ordered was cancelled a couple days later due to not enough stock. This happened on 2 separate occasions. Although this was frustrating and I started losing trust in the company, I did however complete an order for a third time, to which this was successful. This ordered did come through relatively quick considering the circumstances.

Bought some Christmas presents, the got a refund and an email to say the product was out of stock and no choice to replace the item meaning I would have to pay double the postage cost. Just poor customer service.
