“No explanation to why one of my items wasn’t coming. I did get refunded. Around 10 days after I made the order was the first time I heard from the store on the arrival my items. Good quality clothes but poor communication.”

“I experienced an issue with the website saying they had stock available but once purchasing the item my ordered was cancelled a couple days later due to not enough stock. This happened on 2 separate occasions. Although this was frustrating and I started losing trust in the company, I did however complete an order for a third time, to which this was successful. This ordered did come through relatively quick considering the circumstances.”
