I order a bottle of house or vision fortitude with a free bag to my office address in Spain on the 1st of October, I have received no news from the courier, the 12 pound delivery I paid is not tracked so I can't see where it is.

10 business days have elapsed, and I have not received any information regarding why my delivery is late or when the closest delivery date would be.

On the day the delivery was due I didn't receive an update from Royal mail or The Fragrance Shop, I left it a couple of days knowing that Royal Mail are having difficulties getting parcels and post out in my area.

Absolutely awful service!!! Joined the membership ordered 3 weeks ago next day delivery still not received order, lied to by customer service over and over again raised a complaint was told within 72 hours someone would contact me with a resolution a week later and still not heard a thing from them and now they are ignoring my emails!!! I am taking legal action.

Do not ever purchase anything from this company - they have polite, but useless customer service. I paid for a next day delivery which took three weeks. Two months later and ten emails, the refund which they acknowledge I am entitled too, has just not happened
