Got a Question?

I received an email showing my details (name, address, telephone number) stating that I had paid £15 as membership to join The Fragrance Shop Family. I contacted their customer services and it was confirmed. At this point, I had never 'subscribed' nor paid any money to this. A manager had to be consulted with very little information to share other that it had been "pre-paid". I asked about method of payment worried that my details had been stolen. They could offer no details but agreed to cancel/refund and send confirmation that day. I received no email and, having checked my accounts, no debit had taken place. I wonder if this was some sort marketing campaign? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Why don’t you give out free samples to customers who have spent a lot of money with you? When I asked the sales assistant she said that no samples of perfumes were ever sent to them to give out to customers. I must tell you that the two assistants who served me were very informative and very obliging. This was at the Intu centre in Derby. Their names are Minnie and Hunesa, and they deserve to be congratulated on their selling techniques.
