I paid for next day delivery only for it not to arrive the next day so i contacted them via WhatsApp asking why i paid for next day delivery if i wasn't going to get it the fay day, they asked for my order number ect so i sent it straight away only to be ignored, bad customer service, and next day delivery comes 3 days later so don't be fooled

Only giving one star as there isn't nil. I ordered £212 of perfume - they insist it has been delivered (WHICH IT HAS NOT), provide no proof, have a system of endless ping pong and obfuscation, but won't provide proof of delivery, supply the product or give your money back - disgraceful outfit - my experience appears to be typical of many customers - don't touch them with a barge pole

I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, The website said I had to wait for delivery and then return which seems crazy so soon after i had placed the order.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND UPSET! YOUR INADEQUATE TEAM HAS RUINED MY MUMS 70TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT! I COULDN'T OPEN THE CELLOPHANE, TO CHECK THE BOTTLE, BECAUSE IT WAS FOR MY MUM! HOW CAN YOU ENSURE BY EMAIL THE ENGRAVING? WHICH TEAM MEMBER DID THIS ON PURPOSE???? DID THEY READ THE NAME AND THOUGHT "WE WILL JUST NOT ENGRAVE THE BOTTLE BECAUSE IT'S AN ASIAN NAME????" UNBELIEVABLE!! IS THIS COMPANY RACIST? I CAN'T THINK WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN UNLESS YOU HAD STEVIE WONDER WORKING ON THE SHIFT??? WOULD THERE BE ANY MISTAKES IF MY MOTHER'S NAME WAS CAROL? THIS PRESENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIAL! MY POOR MUM DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS LOOKING FOR! I COULDN'T BE THERE TODAY ON MY MUMS SPECIAL DAY FOR PERSONAL REASONS AND YOUR COMPANY HAS TOTALLY SCREWED (THAT'S A POLITE WORD TO USE TO REPLACE AN OBSCENE WORD I WOULD SAY IN PERSON ) UP!!! I ordered with Parfume Shop in November...Still not received .l have sent plenty e mails to Costumers Service after 3 weeks reply , that DX delivery service couldn't find my property (very funny).Since then no reply , no refound (l have asked many times).Costumers Service is the worst l have seen ever .Don't buy , if you don't want to loose your money , please .

I ordered perfume from them on 30 November (a Christmas present for my wife). I received an order acknowledgement email promising delivery in 10 working days. Since then I've had nothing, and no reply to my chasing emails. I finally received a response on 28 December (not much use for Christmas) promising to look into this. Absolutely hopeless. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere!

uncontactable chat is down. phone lines not being answered. terrible customer services. Still after 2 weeks no confirmation of order. No delivery.

Customer service is really bad and I’ve ordered a perfume next day delivery and it been 4 days now still haven’t received it yet and I’ve called them five time no one picks it up. Don’t buy it guys really bad service.

Ordered a perfume worth £50 received an empty opened parcel and the perfume was missing!! It’s Royal Mail delivery which was not even signed for and the postman just threw it on the door step.

I placed an order on Tuesday 26 November next day delivery got a confirmation straight away it is now December 2 after numerous queries with no answer I have today got in touch by phone spoke to Megan who was very helpful the rest of your services wants a good shake up never have encountered such bad service absolutley atrocious
