“ If i could give hem a score less than one star i would. Terrible customer service based in south Africa. They are rude and spoke to me unbothered. I paid for next working day delivery and it was 3 days late and also delivered damaged and some perfume missing Still battling with them for a refund. Absolute nightmare of a company. ”

“ They tried taking two payments of different amounts, one for £51 and another for £59. My bank go suspicious. And declined both payments normally only order if I can pay via PayPal because if you don't get the goods PayPal refund your money. Good job my bank was vigilant. ”

“ Had a problem with an order on 04/10/2024 the order went through 3 times and 3 payments taken from my account . Contacted you to have 2 orders cancelled but all 3 were . One charge was reversed by my bank on 20/10 but am still waiting for the other 2 refunds . I have been emailing constantly and and was told on 10/10 I would have refund in 3-7 working days.. still no refund yet 2 weeks later . Dreadful service ”

“ I get empty bottle of perfume then bottle was broken in pieces .. I write to tps they want evidence this was a joke I think who normal keep at home preces of glasses !? I send to them empty bottle of perfume what I get and damaged boxes ! They don’t want send to me new perfume or refund to me terrible service ! I m not recommended really unprofessional! ”

“ Ordered 5 January, told 12 January that it would be received by them in the next few days, then they would post to me with a notification. Now 16 February I’ve still not heard anything. I emailed them yesterday, still nothing, finally contacted PayPal for a refund. It appears to me, they are happy advertising at a lower price to collect money, but in my experience not deliver the goods ”

“ Not even worth a star purchased perfume of 69.69£ for 30 mins collection mail. they had no stock so had to wait for few days so i cancelled it. Its been several days everytime i ask for refund they say 3-5 working days and i never receive my refund. No one is answering properly. It seems that i won't get it back. Don't know what to do. I have all the conversation with them in mail. ”
