“ I had a very bad experience with this perfume shop. I placed an order on 14 December, but the parcel was never delivered. I contacted customer support, opened a complaint, and requested a refund. After more than one month, I still have no product and no refund. Communication was slow and unhelpful. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend ordering from this shop. ”

“ They tried taking two payments of different amounts, one for £51 and another for £59. My bank go suspicious. And declined both payments normally only order if I can pay via PayPal because if you don't get the goods PayPal refund your money. Good job my bank was vigilant. ”

I have been emailing constantly and and was told on 10/10 I would have refund in 3-7 working days.. still no refund yet 2 weeks later . Dreadful service ”
