"Unacceptable product quality compounded by deliberate delay tactics.\r\n\r\nI purchased five T.M. Lewin t-shirts. Two of them shrank significantly on their very first wash, despite being washed exactly in line with the care instructions. That is a clear failure of basic quality and durability.\r\n\r\nWhat makes this worse is the company\u2019s response. Rather than resolving the issue promptly, T.M. Lewin have repeatedly attempted to delay and deflect, asking unnecessary questions, disputing obvious evidence, and dragging out the process instead of taking responsibility. This feels like a calculated effort to frustrate the customer into giving up.\r\n\r\nUnder UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality and reasonably durable. Clothing that becomes unwearable after one wash does not meet that standard.\r\n\r\nFor a brand that markets itself as premium, both the product quality and the after-sales conduct are extremely poor. I have no confidence in the brand and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere"
