“ The products I ordered were good quality and good price. Delivery, not so much. Originally set for a Thursday but when I called to check they couldn't find the delivery order but assured me I'd get it Friday. Called on Friday and they had lost the order again. Spoke with a lovely chap, Rob, who listened to me and some got the order out that day. He was aces, the rest of delivery dept, not so much. ”
