Ordered some leggings and it was next days delivery, next day no parcel but at 11.

Wish I could give a zero rating. Wallis used to be good quality but now the material is really thin and made of cheap material. I ordered a top on 22nd November by next day delivery and have still not received it. Customer service is non existent. Just keep receiving emails asking me to wait “a bit longer” - no offer of refund. Avoid this company

DO NOT USE. This is not the Wallis that used to be so good. I ordered on Thursday 24th November. I paid for next day delivery. Today is 30th and I have not received anything and they want me to wait another week. They won’t refund me and I really don’t know what to do. I am going to put in a claim through PayPal.

Delivery was prompt however on receiving the parcel I opened it to find it was a totally different jacket, size etc Contacted customer service regarding it, commenced a return and have now been told it’s out of stock!!! Do NOT buy from here totally disappointed as it was to go with an outfit on the rare occasion I get out.

Hi I ordered several items from Wallis & could not fault the quick delivery but because the sizes are now all to pot i have had to return them . They acknowledge the return has been received but that is all. Trying to get them to refund your money is hellish. No wonder the owners are millionaires PLEASE people read the reviews before you buy from this awful despicable company

I am wanting to gain a refund on next day delivery charge as your courier did not manage to complete the transaction in the time frame and I cannot communicate with you which to say the least is very frustrating.

Ordered made on 24/3 and expected delivery 7/4 which has not arrived. Three emails sent and no response. Shocking customer services. I'm also sorry I didn't see Wallis had changed ownership, I would definitely not have placed my order as I am now out of pocket.

I ordered 6 items of clothing. 3 has arrived in a very poor state (which all are no good as too big and need to be returned) On my account it states that all have been despatched. No delivery/returns label enclosed. I’ve sent at least 4 emails with no response whatsoever. I have no way of returning the items received and have been stung for the 3 not received. Very angry and upset

Absolutely disgusting, ordered boots and nothing for two weeks. Given delivery date then received emailed stating the purchase had gone to the wrong courier with another delivery date. Still nothing recieved, when check tracking, nothing, no delivery date, no up to date information, when emailed no reply, ignored. Going to trading standards. Order and paid on 12th January it's now the 22nd January and nothing.
