How the hell do I get in touch with Wallis’?wont accept my parcel at local store doesn’t recognise my return number .what do I do ? Looking at all the comments listed I’m not the only one having problems with Walliss won’t be ordering from them ever again .very poor customer service .should be ashamed thought they were a reputable company .obviously not .

I am finding it difficult to print a label of as its said to hit button to download but no download was at the bottom when i chose which way i was going to return have tried several times with no joy.

I was sent a jumper from Wallis from my cousin as a birthday present. This was approximately 5 weeks ago. I have worn the jumper three times and it is now completely covered in " bobbles " As a result I am now unable to wear it as it looks absolutely awful. I'm happy to return it so that I can get a refund so please advise me as to how I go about doing this. My cousin ordered it on line so consequently I don't have order number details but I may be able to get that information from her.

I have just tried to order online with my Wallis card and a credit card both of which have a zero balance when I came to check out it said there were card issues with both cards which I do not understand , Is there a problem with the wallis website????

I ordered a dress on 7 June with 24% discount, I then received a code WL10DEL, my invoice says multiple discounts applied and price is showing on invoice as £30.78 I have been onto customer service about having delivery charge removed as per code and their telling me dress is £34. 78, 24% discount ended at midnight on 7 June so I was well in time frame my order no is 432900782 could you please advise me what is going on ASAP I would appreciate an email please, I am a Premium Customer and really don't expect to be treated like this, thank you
