“ DO NOT USE. This is not the Wallis that used to be so good. I ordered on Thursday 24th November. I paid for next day delivery. Today is 30th and I have not received anything and they want me to wait another week. They won’t refund me and I really don’t know what to do. I am going to put in a claim through PayPal. ”

“ Delivery was prompt however on receiving the parcel I opened it to find it was a totally different jacket, size etc Contacted customer service regarding it, commenced a return and have now been told it’s out of stock!!! Do NOT buy from here totally disappointed as it was to go with an outfit on the rare occasion I get out. ”

They acknowledge the return has been received but that is all. Trying to get them to refund your money is hellish.
