“ Wish I could give a zero rating. Wallis used to be good quality but now the material is really thin and made of cheap material. I ordered a top on 22nd November by next day delivery and have still not received it. Customer service is non existent. Just keep receiving emails asking me to wait “a bit longer” - no offer of refund. Avoid this company ”

“ DO NOT USE. This is not the Wallis that used to be so good. I ordered on Thursday 24th November. I paid for next day delivery. Today is 30th and I have not received anything and they want me to wait another week. They won’t refund me and I really don’t know what to do. I am going to put in a claim through PayPal. ”

“ Delivery was prompt however on receiving the parcel I opened it to find it was a totally different jacket, size etc Contacted customer service regarding it, commenced a return and have now been told it’s out of stock!!! Do NOT buy from here totally disappointed as it was to go with an outfit on the rare occasion I get out. ”
