“ I will not be purchasing from them ever again. I have sent it back jumper 22/12/22 after 6 emails to customer service I have received refund £6.00 less than I paid for. ”

“ Bought my wife a coat for Christmas that still hasn’t turned up (now the 8th Jan). Wallis are refusing to refund as it could sometime be delivered!!!! Would this be in time for next Christmas? You have already ruined Christmas as my wife didn’t have a present to open. Do the decent thing and give me my money back so I can at least buy her something else. Absolutely terrible customer service. ”
