Trying to return and refund my order. Website saying despatched but not delivered, even though agent keeps saying on the online chat he has updated it to state delivered. It is not working, going round in circles. Have emailed them but won't hold my breath. Outrageous service. DO NOT BUY FROM Wallis!!!

Received an item that I needed to return.
Wallis obviously do not want to refund. The returns service is APPALLING. They provided a QR code return label that was invalide. They deliberately do not make it easy to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM Wallis.

Extremely disappointing service. Customer service is non existent. Wallis claim to have three ways to contact them, I have found no way obtainable. I have emailed, no response received, no automated acknowledgement either!! I will never use there site or any from this associated group!!

Won’t print out my return label at my local return shop .don’t know what to do .can’t get In touch with Walliss.very poor customer service .love their clothes but won’t order from them again due to not being able to contact them for help .

I got in touch with Evri and also sent an email to Wallis customer service, Evri called me quite quickly and sent me an e-mail to forward to Wallis, no reaction, I did sent several e-mails and finally had a reply telling me I should ask my family if anybody had the parcel and look outside etc.

I will not be purchasing from them ever again. I have sent it back jumper 22/12/22 after 6 emails to customer service I have received refund £6.00 less than I paid for.
