No customer service just fibbed off with automatic emails ? Refund your customers and stop keeping hold of there money Worst company i have ever dealt with

How do you actually get in touch with Wallis’s?need help on a return . Won’t print out my return label at my local return shop .don’t know what to do .can’t get In touch with Walliss.very poor customer service .love their clothes but won’t order from them again due to not being able to contact them for help .

I got in touch with Evri and also sent an email to Wallis customer service, Evri called me quite quickly and sent me an e-mail to forward to Wallis, no reaction, I did sent several e-mails and finally had a reply telling me I should ask my family if anybody had the parcel and look outside etc.

I will not be purchasing from them ever again. I have sent it back jumper 22/12/22 after 6 emails to customer service I have received refund £6.00 less than I paid for.

I am waiting to receive my refund since mid December, I contacted the customer service many times, they blame bank, absolutely disappointed, I spend above £80, and I don’t know if I can get my money back. Please be careful with this company, Wallis used to be great in the past, I wouldn’t buy anything from them again

Bought my wife a coat for Christmas that still hasn’t turned up (now the 8th Jan). Wallis are refusing to refund as it could sometime be delivered!!!! Would this be in time for next Christmas? You have already ruined Christmas as my wife didn’t have a present to open. Do the decent thing and give me my money back so I can at least buy her something else. Absolutely terrible customer service.

One item of ren received.. enlivened by Evri my account says order delivered ..absolutely no way of getting help with tjis . I'm £250 out of pocket..my advice don't shop online with them until they improve their courier and customer service !!

Wish I could give a zero rating. Wallis used to be good quality but now the material is really thin and made of cheap material. I ordered a top on 22nd November by next day delivery and have still not received it. Customer service is non existent. Just keep receiving emails asking me to wait “a bit longer” - no offer of refund. Avoid this company

why is it so difficult to return an item? why is there no phone number available to speak to someone I can't generate a return label shocking service .never again

Sadly I have to agree that all these reviews with 1 star rating are true; many online shoppers - like myself - should read reviews before agreeing to buy anything online. Hopefully Wallis service and quality of goods on sale will improve - in the meantime... from tried and tested.
