Trying to return and refund my order. Website saying despatched but not delivered, even though agent keeps saying on the online chat he has updated it to state delivered. It is not working, going round in circles. Have emailed them but won't hold my breath. Outrageous service. DO NOT BUY FROM Wallis!!!

Received an item that I needed to return.
Wallis obviously do not want to refund. The returns service is APPALLING. They provided a QR code return label that was invalide. They deliberately do not make it easy to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM Wallis.

Don't deliver on time despite charging £6.99 for next day delivery. I wanted the dress for a special occassion. Sent an email asking for a refund on my delivery charge and got no reply.
They need to watch out, Shein are so much better at everything, is it any wonder we don't support our British stores. So angry. Definitely won't be buying from Wallis again!!!

Been waiting nine days for item to arrive, no tracking available so assume item has been ‘lost’ , contacted automated bot on WhatsApp it told me I have to wait til the 15th Nov and then contact them again to process a refund…that’s another two weeks away! Appalling. I can only imagine the refund process will be equally bad. I’ll never shop with Wallis again.

Terrible never again..returned items for a refund of £75..the qr code did not have a tracking number at the bottom..I asked them for another return label..the sent the same dodgy qr code..they say that they can't track my return.and I'm to claim off the courier..I am over my 30 days to make a claim .and there is no tracking number and Wallis won't tell me there address..trading standards please..

They don’t like issuing refunds and do their best to hold onto customers’ money for as long as possible! Refunds are often ‘missed’ too, so a close eye needs to be kept to make sure the money is returned if you do need to return an item. ‘Sharp practice’ it used to be called! Also, they deduct returns fees from the refund, even if you’ve paid for free postage & returns. Only buy if desperate!

I have been chasing up a refund for nearly a month. Wallis insist it has been sent to my bank but I haven’t received it and I have checked several times with the bank. The bank has agreed to proceed with a charge back so hopefully this will work. I wish I had taken heed of the warnings . A disgraceful way of extorting money from people who cannot afford it.
