I’m having a nightmare trying to return 3 pairs of trousers, which were meant to be petite but are all too long! The advice is to use the free returns label, but there wasn’t one in the package! I’ve been going round in circles without success. I regularly shop on line and have never experienced anything like this, and I have been shopping at Wallis for years - NEVER AGAIN!

I had a terrible experience trying to return two dresses. I started using the returns portal, but it told me there were no available carriers for my area. I opted for self post and it would not let me continue. Customer services is automated and goes round in circles to avoid the return. I will never buy from Wallis again. I hope they realise they are loosing customers.

Wish I'd read the returns reviews before ordering. The returns portal is not working so I've tried to contact Customer Services but have not received a reply to my 3 emails. If someone has the returns address please forward it to me. Perhaps they are not too concerned the returns portal is not working. It is easy to order though.

They don’t like issuing refunds and do their best to hold onto customers’ money for as long as possible! Refunds are often ‘missed’ too, so a close eye needs to be kept to make sure the money is returned if you do need to return an item. ‘Sharp practice’ it used to be called! Also, they deduct returns fees from the refund, even if you’ve paid for free postage & returns. Only buy if desperate!

Perhaps Wallis wash their clothing in Boston! Online it says free returns but that actually means £1-99 to return a misrepresented item.

Never ever ordering from here again. It was so difficult trying to return an item. Started a return for evri returns and the label didn’t scan when taken to return. Will never order anything from here ever again!! Very disappointed

Very disappointed that the returns policy was not extended for the Christmas period. They said in line with all UK companies.... not the case as this was the only place I could not make an exchange or refund. A voucher would have been fine as I am good customer. Or was!

The returns policy and portal is outrageous. They charge you for Returns and I’ve been waiting a month for my refund. I’m going to have to get PayPal to intervene because they aren’t processing it of their own volition. AVOID this company at all costs.
