Returns - Difficult

When I reported this issue, Walmart decided to block my account instead! How is this fair? Walmart listed items on sale, Walmart did not provide me all the items I paid for, and Walmart chooses to block me from purchasing? They gave me a "returns policy violation" - did I steal something, was I a criminal, or was Walmart the one in the wrong? Horrible experience - do not recommend! Wish I knew earlier how stupid this company is.

Be careful how you behave among your unsaved neighbours; for then, even if they are suspicious of you and talk against you, they will end up praising God for your good works when Christ returns.

Now to get a refund of only $50 (??? Like common!!!) they want the wrong item sent back but I have to pay for the return with my OWN money (which Walmart says I will get reimbursed but isn't telling me how exactly that will happen even though both times I was on the phone with them I asked)!!!! I've been on customer service with Walmart twice now and still no money back they just keep sending an email to the 3rd party company who keeps saying the don't have a packing slip for returns.

I was a Walmart online customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars. THey just closed my account because they said I returned too many things. There was no warning, they closed my account while there were open orders and will not refund. Where in the policy does it say how many returns are too many. If an item is not as described, you should be able to return. Beware, they will close you out at any moment.

I read to her what their online info stated about returns and she got hateful and began to raise her voice to me.

Why would I ever use Walmart.com again. Returns are made difficult - they use Fed-EX another very poorly run company for their returns- My personal experience includes making a return which when I called Customer service never was delivered by FedEX although I have the return receipt. I have still not received my refund. Use Amazon they are the BEST.

Where is the credit to my credit card for returns made 4 days ago? If Walmart has their merchandise, then refunds should be posted to credit cards ASAP (as quick as charges are) or else pay consumers interest for holding their money. Also, corporate website has no interest in hearing what the public has to say.

I'm one like others used Walmart stores for shopping But since the pandemic until todays day the service change even the policy for returns stuff become more UNACCEPTBLE and no sense i was last week in one of Walmart store and for 20 minute i was waiting in costumer service line more than 10 people complain about Walmart service i called the management to give feedback about that and hopefully the take action and really can see the old Walmart who we know because this with continue will be losing more costumers and people complain .

I was told that Walmart no longer accepts returns with the exception of exchanging for the same exact item! Why would I do that??!! Why would I even think of buying a canned meat product that I do not consume for the very same meat product that I still won't consume? Apparently, someone at Walmart didn't think this through.

The person at the desk measured the box with her supervisor and said they do not accept packages that size and it should be common knowledge to stores facilitating returns for the customers.
