“Their website lists thousands of items on clearance. Unfortunately, the majority of them are not available, or they show up at the regular price for a different size or color. As simple as it could be to show only available items, WM cannot make sense of their search and sort criteria. It feels like dumpster diving almost.”
“Had an issue ordering online. Call them directly and they said someone would get in touch with me to solve the issue and never did. I sent him a subsequent email regarding the same issue I get no response. Their customer service is very poor. When somebody contacts you because they want to buy something from you, that should get first priority.”
“Order was supposed to be delivered to store 7 to 10 days. I called store after 10 days and they told me it just got processed the day before. Waited total of 19 days and I still had to call store to check. They told me they haven't unloaded truck from day before and they didn't have invoice for products on the truck??? They called me back 8 hours later and told me it was the last box they unloaded. Yeah right. Picked it up and no apology or anything.”
