"2 weeks old and my washer\/dryer completely destroyed my clothes. Customer service stated they would refund - not even an offer to repair - but customer service person rude and unhelpful. Refused to even consider refunding my 2 ruined jumpers, despite ACCC support. Ignored my request, told me the weren't whirlpool (!) and told me to contact America! Insane. Useless product, appalling service - don't even think about purchasing this once trusted brand."
