They’ve repeatedly lied about delivery attempts, claiming items were dispatched or attempted when they clearly weren’t.

I ordered a Salerno armchair and 2 seater Salerno settee on the 06/10/25 both items were in stock 4 of the armchairs and 20 of the 2 seater settees once my order has gone through both items reduced by 1 which I assumed meant they had been allocated, I received a confirmation letter giving me a delivery date of on or before the 13/10/25.

Then they told me I had to sort the return myself with a delivery company that never even turned up.

I had three different delivery dates on two emails but they refused to clarify an exact one but insisted I sent proof I had consent from my husband to get the information we needed.

DO NOT buy from this company. They will take your money and won't deliver your products or give you any correspondence. Delivery times are not at all accurate and are not met. No phone number so you can't talk to anyone and their email responses are frankly a joke! Don't waste your time or money, take your business elsewhere.

I wouldn't use them again ! Happy with products but it was a shambles getting them ! Main concern is you cant speak to anyone , only via online chat , & takes an average of 2 hours to get a response! The couriers are OK, updates about delivery etc , & it's not their fault that wrong items are sent! But I never expected that ordering 2 items was going to be such a mission.
