I ordered a Velo Indoor Bike Trainer from Wilko and when I tried to set it up and use it the two main treaded axle retaining bolts were completely seized (rusted in place).
It was supposed to be a brand new unit but it was unusable.
The after sales service is poor and they still have not agreed to refund or replace the item weeks later.

Absolutely shocking! Are trying to refuse a refund or collect a fridge which was damaged by delivery drivers or in transit ! I haven't even opened it because the damage is clear from the gash in the cardboard box.

Wish I had read reviews before buying from Wilko. Ordered a shed and didn’t arrive on day it was suppose to. Was told that there was no tracking information available and they would get back to me in 48 hours. Asked for a refund and no one has got back to me. You can only speak to someone by chat and they don’t reply to you. That’s £154 I have lost. AVOID!!!!
