Do not deal with Wish. It took me 3 months to get a refund after receiving faulty goods. I contacted them on numerous occasions just to receive requests to display the fault on video via youtube!!! What kind of returns policy is that? DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS

Wish claims you can’t cancel orders because of “COVID19” but allows returns.

Wish has messed about so much I am at the point of taking action against the Leicester office to get it closed down. I sent back a faulty LapTop (paid £301) and sent it back to their Depot. It is now obvious that this is a regular practice - I have the delivery slip and the signature etc and every week they say they need a pic of the laptop (bar code) and deny delivery then somebody they will refund the monies within 14 days and then they start over again asking for all the information and we start over again this is now followed by a total lie about a second delivery with a replacement cheaper LapTop which was supposed be delivered by either Royal Mail/Parcel Force combined with two other small items which fitted into the letterbox. How can a 14inch laptop fit into a standard letterbox? I have asked for the tracking number but it seems to also have gone astray. This was also sent from their Leicester Depot so a lovely employee of Wish obviously collects Laptops or is Wish a bunch of ..........., sadly I must say yes. Do not buy off them all their products are old stock or returns or maybe just a pie in the sky???

Horrible customer service! Returns policy is rubbish. Customer has to pay for P&P despite fault product and misinformation on product page. Not worth the stress. Not shopping at Wish again.

This is not a reliable company. They fraudulently took my money and will not change or refund my items which are too small. I contacted them the day I received my order and have been fighting with them ever since .I am now stuck with items I can’t use because their sizing is totally different to uk sizing. I WOULD ADVISE - DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SEND YOU A RETURNS LABEL OR REFUND! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Absolutely disgraceful they are quick to take your money but refuse to refund you when your items are not delevered so far I am in dispute for 2 items that's in my country UK over month late one was dumped at a post office 30 emails constant on Wish support agency still not resolved absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers of over 3 years getting refund which I will get after they make me wait another 2 weeks I been disputing this from beginning of August as for the returns you can't return goods when there is no return sticker added in with your item fact they need to revamp their site updat to new delivery system and better support services get rid of the automated service

Explanation of how long a refund due to the company just not fulfilling the order, only for customer returns, which by the way they can refuse.

Wish do not honour returns/refunds for damaged items. They are an unethical company

Most items simply didn't arrive, currently on 66 days shipment for some! Wish have now restricted my account for "abuse of the returns pokicy".
