I bought a pair of bedroom curtains and I received a shower curtain. I also ordered 4 wifi cctv cameras that revolve round and I received 4 ordinary cameras that don't move and needs an expensive hard drive their customer service didn't get back to me ,I have only used Wish a few times but will NEVER use again stay clear from it

I am very happy with my purchase I have made from Wish, and yes I did have to wait a while for them but we have to be patient as we are in a pandemic and orders are going to take longer. As for customer service, I have had excellent prompt replies to my emails so I have no complaints. I will continue to shop with Wish.

I have bought a good bit of stuff from Wish, but recently they really have been failing in their efficiency, now I'm not sure if its the vendors or the Wish platform itself, but since the pandemic ensued the service has seriously deteriorated.

Not happy. Way too long to receive items. Terrible customer service. No way to ask a question. Merchandise is mostly ok that’s why a 3. I don’t plan to order again

This is the WORST COMPANY !!!!!! I ordered Items two months ago and was told they would be in 4-7 and they were not. Every time I inquire about my orders arrival date they change it to another week and you cant get a customer service rep. to cancel and ask for a refund. BUT.... I get endless adds from them on my phone wanting me to spend more!!!!! SEND ME WHAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR FIRST OR REFUND MY MONEY! BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

Thank goodness !! Because that might be a big problem when trying to contact a real person at customer service, for help because that is Non existing !! I don't care for the long waiting time between ordering and receiving the items.

I was charged for 2 items totalling £80/45p but I then received an Email saying these items were not available at the price advertised I could have a refund or credit I chose the refund direct to my bank account ,unfortunately this still has not happened , but I have been charged again for one item £48 , I ordered at least 10 items but have not received any of them !!! Plus I am about £200 out of pocket !!! What is happening , I for one will not be using Wish in the future ,I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliability of prompt service or delivery David I Halls

I received the wrong size item but they sorted out the problem very quick customer service very good and received a refund with no problem Derek L
