“Already booked a couple of times flights to Romania with Wizzair. I was always satisfied with their service and air fares. In times of Covid-19 it is hard to find a reliable airline that still operates sufficient flights and serves their customers. Wizzair is certainly one of them serving destinations in central an eastern Europe.”
“I understand Wizzair has had a lot of bad press due to COVID19.. BUT.. I actually had no problems acquiring a refund from them.
Our flight cost was only small (£81), so I expect it was easier to process what with it being such a small sum.
I am currently chasing multiple companies for 3 holidays I had booked for this summer, the other companies have been appalling and I am yet to receive any real correspondence, or refunds.
I'm aware that I'm one of the very few that will be giving 5-star reviews for this company, but based on my own experience I wanted to let others know that they have helped me, and hopefully will refund you all asap..

Try Revolve.com or your bank/credit card supplier may be able to conduct a section 75 or chargeback!!”
“Their website is buggy and slow to load. For my flight I was not able to perform the online check-in when I purchased the flight weeks in advance, and when I tried to check in the morning of my flight I could not. At the airport I was charged a hefty fee for the privilege of them checking me in and printing my boarding pass. Upon later examination there was some small print outlining the appropriate times for check in and the mention of fees to check in at the airport but I felt like I had been tricked out of my money.”
