This time as we had booked with booking.com allowed to put a carry on load of 15kg and small bag underneath 8kg ... the flight was on time , smooth and on time ...

In times of Covid-19 it is hard to find a reliable airline that still operates sufficient flights and serves their customers. Our flight cost was only small (£81), so I expect it was easier to process what with it being such a small sum.
I am currently chasing multiple companies for 3 holidays I had booked for this summer, the other companies have been appalling and I am yet to receive any real correspondence, or refunds.
I'm aware that I'm one of the very few that will be giving 5-star reviews for this company, but based on my own experience I wanted to let others know that they have helped me, and hopefully will refund you all asap..
