“I have used worldsim for a number of trips now as my domestic provider has excessively high roaming rates. Works very well and is backed up with great customer service when i had a few account issues (Thanks Cathy).”

“I needed information on my worldsim card and contacted the chat. I was replied by Cathy who was very polite and helpful in responding to my questions in a polite and timely manner. She was able to give me all the information that I needed and also gave me extra information that I was not aware of. She is a very good representation in customer service for Worldsim. Keep up the great service Cathy.”
