“Charged twice once in card which initially paid with but error came on screen so didn’t think that order went through as no ticket/ receipt so then paid cash. Waited nearly 20 mins for food chicken wings were greasy and unbeatable. Complained on counter about paying twice but no one interested phoned twice and again poor response so I have paid twice for a poor meal and KFC not interested in helping they did admit that they had computer error on ordering. Also whilst there the 2 servers had a shouting match which was totally inappropriate especially with young children in queue.”

“This is twice we have had dried out chicken and in possible to eat chips in the mega box meal .I don't know how long the chicken had been under the heated display must have been hours the way it was dry and the chips was old and over cooked and in possible to eat.
