“Cold food was served when I returned asking for hot food not cold the server returned the same burger and same piece of chicken from behind the counter popcorn chicken stone cold chips cold
Asked again for hot fresh food which I ordered and paid for
Server rude and said all food is served at same temp I said what cold
Eventually he made a fresh hot burger
When asked for something to clean a table had to wait for someone to come over with a damp cloth no viral plus probably a cloth uses for all the tables with every establishment told up the cleaning clearly doesn’t effect kfc in Uxbridge

“This is twice we have had dried out chicken and in possible to eat chips in the mega box meal .I don't know how long the chicken had been under the heated display must have been hours the way it was dry and the chips was old and over cooked and in possible to eat.

“We asked for certain things and never received them , chips were burned and you could physically taste the grease off of the chicken. Was extremely disappointed and food went in the bin. I won’t be recommending there services to anyone anymore and certainly won’t be using them myself.”
