“Muy mal servicio, ayer compre una bambulab a1 combo la cual esta en stock, pone fecha de entrega el jueves, lo cual sería el 31 de abril, la podría haber comprado en 3djake.ie por 8€ menos pero la entrega era el día 1 de mayo. Hoy me escriben un correo diciéndome que la entrega será el día 9 de mayo. Para mí un engaño, sino tienen en stock no deberían jugar con las fechas de entrega... al final hoy la cancele y la compre en la competencia lo que ahora la entrega será el día 6 de mayo, por lo cual he perdido 5 días. No volveré a comprar en esta tienda.”

“Ordered Creality Ender-3 V3 KE and their own black filament. Really good quality service, fast delivery, and overall experience is very positive. One quick note: don't forget to properly setup filament temperature in your slicing software. What would be better: probably a bit more filament options, especially for Creality Hyper PLS. Also that 123-3D yellow spool is pretty heavy, what about using cardboard for it?”

“Your products are good and well priced but the courier you use (DPD) are the worst I have come across. One of the reasons I ordered from you was your statement that you usually deliver next day. I ordered late on a Tuesday so discounted Wednesday, got a text and email from DPD on Thursday morning saying order was on van and due for delivery. No delivery on Thursday, contacted them on Friday, said a few problems but would come today Friday, at 9.40 it arrives, no explanation or apology. I am afraid I will not order in the future from any company that uses these couriers.”
