“Ordered a creality Hi Combo at the weekend I was called on Monday to say it was end of line and was offered the Creality 3D SparkX i7 which was newer and 30e cheaper, I agreed and asked them just to send few items with printer which they did, came the next day along with a small refund as items I picked didn't quite come to 30e. Cannot fault the service it was first class, ordered on a Saturday had printer on the Tuesday. Will definitely buy from them again”

“I ordered a 3D scanner that was in stock on the website, but took 3 weeks to arrive from EU warehouse. Shipped by boat. No emails from them with updates on delivery unless I contacted them and asked. I had to contact them for updates every week. Very disappointed with delivery times”

“I recieved fantastic customer service. When my item was not in stock , which was beyond their control , they reached out to me and offered me a refund or replacement immediately. Unfortunately nothing matched my replacement. But the following week I reached out again to see if it came in stock to which it did. I was in great need of this product for a project and they went above and beyond to sort me out within 24 hours. I cannot thank the team in finglas enough.”

“Love having these guys on my doorstep..... order made at 7am when I realised I was running low on filament and by lunch time I had txt confirmation that my order was awaiting collection.... had it collected and the new filament already in use by 2pm that same day. What a fantastic service. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered Friday afternoon and the order arrived on Saturday morning. I ordered 5kg of their own black filament, it's consistant and prints really well. I was using a 2.5 year old spool of their own clear PLA filament yesterday and today I put in a spool of black PLA and I didn't need to change any settings. I keep my spools in sealed drums so they stay fresh and climate controlled. Cannot reccommend their own filament enough, simply for the consistancy and easy of use.”
