“Ordering and delivery was very straightforward. The product arrived efficiently. The packaging was all intact. I can't comment yet on how the actual pen is as it is a gift for my daughter for Christmas, so we haven't used it yet. I did plug it in and for a quick check and it seems to work.”

“I placed an order for a 3d printer, plus filaments and a 3d pen. Within minutes I received confirmation and invoice. Within 24 hours the order was delivered to Donegal! Everything was well packed and the goods were perfect. I followed up with an email the following day for information and received an answer within minutes. Thanks a lot for the great service and experience, will definitely be ordering more filament from you in the future.”
