“Ordered Creality Ender-3 V3 KE and their own black filament. Really good quality service, fast delivery, and overall experience is very positive. One quick note: don't forget to properly setup filament temperature in your slicing software. What would be better: probably a bit more filament options, especially for Creality Hyper PLS. Also that 123-3D yellow spool is pretty heavy, what about using cardboard for it?”

“Your products are good and well priced but the courier you use (DPD) are the worst I have come across. One of the reasons I ordered from you was your statement that you usually deliver next day. I ordered late on a Tuesday so discounted Wednesday, got a text and email from DPD on Thursday morning saying order was on van and due for delivery. No delivery on Thursday, contacted them on Friday, said a few problems but would come today Friday, at 9.40 it arrives, no explanation or apology. I am afraid I will not order in the future from any company that uses these couriers.”

“Great service, and I was surprised that Vallejo spray varnish was stocked by 123 3D. I couldn’t find it on their WebSite but Googling for Vallejo Matt Varnish comes up with 123 3D. What other paint products do they sell???????”

“Very satisfied with the services and the products I ordered The filament bought from you is very good and as a suggestion if it matters you should have a collection point, in my case I live where 20 minutes from your location it doesn't seem fair to me to wait 3,4 days for an order and surely many of your customers agree with me And I will definitely come back in the future with other orders, I wish you a good day”

“Ordered FEP sheets from 123-3d which weren't in stock, the 123 team informed me promptly and let me know they were ordering more. When the arrived the let me know and with 24hrs I had them delivered over the Christmas holidays so a delay was expected but the arrive on the next working day. I am very happy with the communication and delivery and would highly recommend and will be ordering more from them in the future.”

“The delivery speed for such a big piece of kit was actually astounding. Although there was a little bit of damage to the protective plastic for the UV lights, it was cosmetic and didn't affect function at all.”
