“Your products are good and well priced but the courier you use (DPD) are the worst I have come across. One of the reasons I ordered from you was your statement that you usually deliver next day. I ordered late on a Tuesday so discounted Wednesday, got a text and email from DPD on Thursday morning saying order was on van and due for delivery. No delivery on Thursday, contacted them on Friday, said a few problems but would come today Friday, at 9.40 it arrives, no explanation or apology. I am afraid I will not order in the future from any company that uses these couriers.”
