“Very disappointed in recent service have never had any problems with them before now. Ordered a printer on the 3rd Feb...received an email a few days later to say it would be the 20th...still no delivery yesterday the 20th then receive an email today to say the printer would be with them the 27th...not much good to me after waiting so long and needed it for Monday. Lesson learned go to a store buy one and bring it home. Will never order from them again found "customer service" very unhelpful. Very disappointed.”

“I was about to bin a black and decker battery operated hand drill as its battery was wasted tried a number of places in the past two years to get a new battery to no avail then I was told about 123 ink I gave them model & make Yes they had a battery within 4 days black & decker was drilling again Thank you 123.ink very easy to deal with and would recommend them.”

“I called on a Thursday , got very good advice on exactly what was needed for my Printer. Tuesday I received the order. I had a further query for which I called the Customer Service at 123.ie Very friendly and helpful...my issue dealt with straight away...printing away now !!”

“I am very happy with the goods which I ordered. I found it very easy to place order on line. I was very disappointed that it took a week for the order to arrive to my house. I had expected delivery next day or at the least two days. I had to make several calls to get information on my delivery, which eventually arrived a full week later”
