“No 1 ::: I ordered the genuine Epsom inks for a reason but got a phone call to say not in stock but would give me the alternative but that’s not what I wanted. No 2 ::: I ticked the box for Monday delivery but had to ring to find what was wrong and told had to wait for it to come In & didn’t get until Thursday & that in my opinion is not good enough. Not a happy customer. Cheers Liam Gibbons”

Hi Liam, thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Our 123ink brand cartridges are fully ISO certified and designed to offer reliable performance and great value. The delay was unfortunately due to one of the original branded cartridges being out of stock at the time. While we always aim to dispatch orders the same day, we can’t guarantee delivery dates as they depend on stock availability and external couriers. We’re continually working to improve our service and minimise delays like this in the future.

“I ordered a battery for robotic lawnmower which arrived before scheduled delivery time and much better priced than genuine one. 123 ink.ie are an exceptional good company to deal with and I feel they don't promote themselves highly enough. I spoke to 2 people by phone and they couldn't be more helpful and polite.”

“I ordered ink cartridges for an Epson workforce printer. I thought they were competitively priced and expected delivery 2 days later, however, having checked track and trace, package was at depot of courier damaged. The following Monday contacted the company who chased up the courier without delay to find out what the issue was and a replacement was rescheduled which thankfully received today. This was my first time purchasing from the company, price was very competitive and customer service was very helpful. I will be repurchasing from this company again and highly recommend .”
