I ordered ink cartridges for an Epson workforce printer. I thought they were competitively priced and expected delivery 2 days later, however, having checked track and trace, package was at depot of courier damaged. The following Monday contacted the company who chased up the courier without delay to find out what the issue was and a replacement was rescheduled which thankfully received today. This was my first time purchasing from the company, price was very competitive and customer service was very helpful. I will be repurchasing from this company again and highly recommend .
